Before making your reservation below, please review the Making a Reservation and the Cancellations and Refunds sections on our Practicalities & General Information page, and our Activity & Terrain Levels web pages. The following reservation form is good for reserving space for a single or pair of guests sharing the same room, billing and mailing address, and taking the same trip. If you are reserving for more than two guests, please fill out a second reservation form. Please note that we do not ask for credit card information on this form. Once you submit the form, a member of our Reservations Office will phone you to complete any missing information in confidence and discuss your payment preferences. If you would like to pay your deposit by check, we will hold this reservation until your check arrives. A Trip Confirmation Package will then be forwarded with your trip invoice including information on other travel services you may have arranged through out Reservations Office. Please complete the following information so that we can properly fulfill your request. Please note: If you are booking more than one guided trip, please fill out a second reservation form. Guests booking a second guided trip will see a 5% discount off the price of the second guided trip reflected on their trip invoice. Please note that occasionally, a server or your internet browser will not work with this form. If you do not hear from us within 1 business day, please call us at 1-519-763-3520 or toll free at 1-866-563-4248 and we will forward you a reservation form by fax or regular mail. After you submit your reservation, a Club Toscana "Thank You" web page will appear. A copy of your completed reservation form will arrive at the e-mail address of the 1st Person within a few minutes from burst@emailmeform.com, the processor of the above form. Later, a member of our Reservations Office will phone you to complete any missing information in confidence and discuss your payment preferences. Forms powered by emailmeform.com A special note: Visa and MasterCard payments are processed completely in US Dollars. The amount charged to your credit card will be the amount shown on your credit card statement. If you are paying with a Canadian Dollar credit card, we can charge you either in US Dollars; or Canadian Dollars which would save you any potential credit card exchange fees.
For those wishing to use their US Dollar Amex Credit Cards for trip payments; Amex Canada does not allow Amex credit card payments in US Dollars. If you would like to use your US Dollar Amex credit card for trip payments, we will charge the card at the official Amex US / Canadian exchange rate at the time of payment. Your Amex credit card statement will reflect the Canadian Dollar charge we made, converted back into US Dollars by your US Amex credit card. Normally, you can expect your payment to be slightly different than the original payment amount charged by Club Toscana / Royal City American Express Travel. Since we have no control over Amex credit card's exchange rates and fees, we cannot offer a refund if you incur any additional costs charged on your Amex credit card statement. |
